I think this is becoming a major problem in our society in many areas, including small businesses, schools, and anywhere else the government can regulate. I'm really not an anti-government type (quite the opposite) but the simple fact is that our economy sucks and could use more small, upstart businesses to pull it out of the recession, but there are certain people and policies who seem to want to cripple those few that would actually venture into this arena.
