I finally got my German client's invoice figured out in Euros and sent it off this afternoon. I probably got it wrong again. I almost always do. Seems like it would be easier to just pay me in dollars, but I guess these currency conversion jobs are worth the trouble, since I always end up getting a little more than I thought I would. Too bad I didn't do this job last January. The Euro was worth a lot more back then.
I guess it's back to work tomorrow. The holidays didn't seem nearly long enough this year, probably since both Christmas and New Year's came on a Sunday. January means it's time to get another safety inspection sticker for my car. That's something that's always easy to forget. I'd better not forget that quarterly estimated taxes are due in January too, especially since I completely forgot about them in September. Will my tenant stay in the rent house another year? Will I get any more new clients? Will I be forced to get my wisdom teeth removed? Will the stock market finally go up enough for me to get back to where I was before the big crash? Stay tuned, and we'll all find out together.
